How do we contribute our gift of leadership – at all levels? Joanne Leskow believes we are all called and capable of becoming valuable contributors through our leadership – at every level, with or without title.At this session, Joanne will discuss why leadership is a valuable skill at all levels and how we can increase our influence.Her focus on leadership for and by all has been front and center for Joanne throughout her own career – from a training role at a major metropolitan law enforcement agency, through years as an entrepreneur,leading corporate culture at West Jet, and currently, in her culture and change leadership consultancy. Joanne is a recognized leader in strategic corporate culture leadership and has received a Distinguished Teaching Award for her contributions in Leadership Development, and Change
