Check-in at SAIT Residence and Pick up Registration Packages 14:00 – 17:00 Wednesday
Location: 151 Dr. Carpenter Circle, NW, Calgary, AB, T2M 3G1 (Begin Tower)
Registration – Join us on the 22nd Floor of the SAIT Residence Building to meet your Conference Committee and Pick Up your registration packages with details for the week. Make sure to check in with SAIT residence to receive your complimentary parking pass for Residence Guests.
18:00 – 21:00 Wednesday – Welcome reception, Gateway Pub (map in registration documents)
THURSDAY JUNE 22nd, 2017:
Same day registration will be available on 22nd June from 07:45 – 08:15 outside Heritage Hall immediately prior to the Conference Welcome for attendees arriving same day.
Conference THURSDAY JUNE 22nd to SATURDAY JUNE 24th, 2017:

- Wednesday June 21st – Welcome Reception evening (and registration earlier that day)
- Thursday June 22nd – Excellent Speakers all day (civilian and military options). Social fun event after speakers in Gateway Pub, 5pm to 7pm. Includes appetizers & prizes. Dinner on own.
- Friday June 23rd – Your choice of 10 Tours, followed by Speakers the rest of the day, Social Networking event planned 7pm-10pm (Pizza, Beer & Trivia included!)
- Saturday Jun 24th – Speakers continue, as well as Tradeshow /Career Fair 10am to 3pm! Lots to see and do. Formal Banquet dinner starting at 6pm, and Silent Auction (fundraiser for charity). **Note – Silent Auction closes before dessert!**
- Sunday Jun 25th – SAIT Residence Check-Out Time: 11:00am (possible extra – group drive to Banff for lunch, for those interested)
Your Meal Planning – To keep the conference registration as low as possible for all, all lunches and dinners are on your own. However, here are some options:
- Breakfasts are provided for SAIT Residence Patrons,
- We are supplying coffee breaks between speakers.
- All Lunches are on own, but there are options on campus
- Wednesday night welcome reception will supply some appetizers for the meet & greet.
- Thursday night social event will supply lots of appetizers, prizes, and fun!
- Friday night social networking & trivia event includes Pizza & Beer!
- Saturday Banquet dinner is included in the full conference package.
